Leinonen offers a wide range of professional Advisory Services as a part of Accounting Services, as well as once-off separate cases. Solving challenging issues for the benefit of the customer is a natural part of our international business. Some of our offices also provide customers with holistic consultation on a specific field of expertise. All requests are appreciated and the actual advisory and consultation projects are always thoroughly negotiated on a case by case basis. It is important to agree clear and measurable targets for every assignment to ensure satisfactory results for the customer.

Company Formation at Leinonen is considered as an essential part of helping businesses expand and enter new markets. We establish, close and liquidate business entities on behalf of the customer.

Tax Advisory at Leinonen is naturally related to accounting services. The taxation of international businesses is forever changing and tax rules are complicated even for a company operating in a single country. Together with tax calculations, declarations and compliance, advising the customer in the optimization of their tax burden is in their best interest.

Cross Border Business Advisory at Leinonen is understood as helping businesses succeed in international markets. New locations and business entities raise new questions to answer and challenges to overcome. Doing business across borders will have an impact on taxation, reporting, salaries and other issues. We are present in 10 European countries, of which we possess an in-depth understanding with regard to local taxation and administration responsibilities.
